With a dedicated kids’ birthday party space available to hire seven days a week all year round, we’re perfectly set up to host your child’s birthday party.
Our spacious venue above Sainsbury’s in West Ealing is easily accessible via car and public transport, and the team here at EPT will make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. You and your guests will have access to tea & coffee making facilities, toilets and baby changing facilities, as well as a built-in sound system that you can connect to via bluetooth.
We’ve also got plenty of chairs and tables which you’re free to set up in any configuration you wish – all that remains for you to do is arrange the catering and kids’ entertainment.

Our space is available for £100 per 2-hour booking. An additional 30 mins prep time and 30 mins clean-up time is included at no extra cost.
Subject to availability, our birthday party venue is available to hire seven days a week, all year round and between 10am-5pm
Our 900 sq ft party room can comfortably accommodate up to 20 children and their parents/guardians.
Free street parking in the surrounding area is widely available at the weekends, and parking within the Sainsbury’s’ car park costs £2 for 2 hours. Complimentary parking for Sainsbury’s customers is also an option for anyone wishing to squeeze in any last-minute shopping (£5 minimum spend).
Unfortunately, we do not provide any catering and/or entertainment, but we are very happy to make recommendations based on our experience and knowledge of the area. Ordering from a conveniently located Domino’s remains our most popular option.
Yes, please ensure the venue is returned to us clean and tidy so that we can release your deposit back to you. Cleaning equipment will be available for you to use during your complimentary 30-minute tidy-up window at the end of the booking.
